Packing Guidelines

Proper packaging is essential to ensure that medications arrive at their destination in excellent condition. Follow these guidelines to securely pack your items and prepare them for shipping. Careful packaging not only supports efficient and successful delivery but also enhances trust and reliability in the shipping process.

Preparing Partial Packs

  • Insert Padding: Fill partially filled medication bottles with cotton to prevent movement.
  • Seal the Bottle:Assess the Condition: Ensure boxes are sturdy, with no damages or old labels when reusing.
  • Place in Plastic Bag:Encase the bottle in a zip-lock bag for added protection.

Use Appropriate Boxes

  • Select Corrugated Boxes: Use your own corrugated boxes for FedEx Ground shipping.
  • Assess the Condition: Ensure boxes are sturdy, with no damages or old labels when reusing.
  • For Express Shipments: Use FedEx Express packaging for overnight and 2-day shipments.

Cushion the Inside of the Package

  • Include Adequate Cushioning: Use packing peanuts, shredded paper, or bubble cushioning. Include a minimum of 2-3 inches of packing material around your medications.
  • Wrap Each Item: Wrap each medication separately and provide cushioning between them for multiple items.

Seal the Package Securely

  • Use Quality Packing Tape: Tape seams end-to-end with at least 2-inches wide packing tape.
  • Avoid Unsuitable Materials: Do not use masking tape, cellophane tape, or string for sealing.

Include Your Signed Packing Checklist

  • Ensure Accuracy: Include the signed and dated packing checklist to ensure the correctness of the shipment.

Handling Frozen and/or Refrigerated Items

  • Pre-Cool Products: Refrigerate or freeze items before packaging as per manufacturer's guidelines. Pre-cool the expanded polystyrene (EPS) container to maintain the temperature. ‍
  • Packaging: Double bag or place products in a ziplock bag, especially if the shipment contains liquid or perishables that might melt or thaw to ensure moisture does not leak in.
  • Add Adequate Coolant or Dry Ice: Leave space around the items for the addition of coolant or dry ice. Place a sufficient amount of coolant or dry ice in the insulated container on top of and around the products to keep them at the correct temperature during shipping.
  • Use Suitable Boxes: Use double-wall boxes for all frozen, refrigerated, or dry items, ensuring proper insulation and protection.
  • Label the Package: Properly label the package by placing a refrigeration sticker on the outside of the box, indicating the contents are temperature-sensitive.

When you confirm an order, a pre-paid FedEx shipping label is automatically generated for your convenience. If you encounter any issues generating the label or if it gets lost, torn, or damaged, there’s no need to worry. You can easily reprint it anytime by visiting the ‘Sell History’ section on the platform.

Track a package

We prioritize transparency and convenience in tracking your shipped medications. Once your order is shipped, a unique FedEx tracking number will be available on your ‘Sell History’ page for both buying and selling transactions.

Choose Your Preferred Shipping Method

A) Opt for a Scheduled Pickup:

Schedule Pickup

Select the 'Schedule Pickup' option on the Seller confirmation page.

2-Day Express and Overnight Express

For 2-Day Express and Overnight Express Delivery, same-day pickup is typically available if scheduled before the FedEx cutoff time. Be sure to arrange the express pickup at least two hours before your pharmacy’s closing time.
