Rx Retail does not automatically delete listings. It is the seller's responsibility to keep their postings updated and remove expired medications.
To change your bank details on Rx Retail, follow these steps:
Log in to your Rx Retail account.
Click on “Dashboard” in the left-side menu.
Navigate to “Banking Info”.
Click the pencil icon next to your current banking details.
Enter your updated email address and new bank account name.
Follow the Stripe authentication process to securely update your payment information.
Accept the authorization request to confirm the update.
Your new banking details will be reflected on your account.
Note: Please ensure all banking changes are made at least five (5) business days before closing any old accounts to prevent payment disruptions.
No, each pharmacy must be registered separately on Rx Retail. This ensures compliance with the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA), which mandates accurate tracking and tracing of prescription drugs. Since each pharmacy operates under its own state license number, maintaining separate listings guarantees secure and legally compliant transactions.
Selling your overstock, non-expired prescription medications on Rx Retail is simple. Follow these steps:
Log in to your Rx Retail account.
Click on the “Sell” tab on the left-side menu.
Select “Post New Item” to create a new listing.
Enter key details such as the National Drug Code (NDC), Lot Number, and Expiration Date.
Specify whether you’re selling a full pack or a partial pack of the medication.
Indicate the number of available packages for sale.
Provide details about the package condition and any relevant information buyers should know.
Set your price for the item.
Enter the original pack size for clarity.
Shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
Click “Post Item” to list your medication for sale.
Once listed, other independent pharmacies can browse and purchase your available stock.
Absolutely! We prioritize security and have implemented industry-leading measures to protect our users. Our platform is secured with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption, ensuring that all transactions and communications remain encrypted and protected during transmission. You can confidently conduct business on Rx Retail, knowing your information is secure.
Rx Retail partners with Stripe, a trusted third-party payment processor, to handle all financial transactions, including ACH (Automated Clearing House) transfers. When using our platform, you agree to provide necessary financial details to Stripe for secure transaction processing. Your financial data is securely stored and handled in accordance with Stripe’s Privacy Policy. Rx Retail does not store complete financial details on its servers.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. All shipments are handled via FedEx with options including Ground, 2-Day, or Overnight shipping. The final shipping cost depends on the distance between the buyer and seller, as well as the chosen shipping service at checkout.
